Arohan Solution and Services LLP
We advise. Then we build.
Most consultancies hand over a recommendation and leave. Arohan carries a problem from the decision through to delivered assets and working software — under one accountability.

The work
What clients bring us
Real engagements rarely fit one discipline. Each of these needs several practices working as one team.
-
Our power cost is rising faster than our output.
Manufacturing groups, data centres, industrial estates
The answer is usually not a rooftop plant. It is a question about tariff structure, load profile and regulatory route — and the engineering only makes sense once those are settled. Firms that sell you solar answer it with solar.
Strategy & Advisory Sustainable Energy & Infrastructure ESG & Sustainability
-
We cannot prove our sustainability numbers to a lender.
Listed companies, suppliers under customer ESG requirements
This is almost never a reporting problem. It is an evidence problem: the numbers exist in spreadsheets nobody can trace to a meter or an invoice. Writing a better report on an unverifiable base makes the exposure larger, not smaller.
ESG & Sustainability AI & Digital Transformation Health, Safety & Environment
-
Our AI pilots never reach production.
CXOs two or three attempts into a transformation programme
Pilots rarely fail on model quality. They fail because nobody can defend the output to an auditor, the data was never governed, or the process the AI improved was the wrong process. All three are diagnosable before you build anything.
-
Certification keeps slipping and I do not know why.
Plant heads, quality and compliance functions
The delay is usually documentation, not conformance — evidence scattered across inboxes, reassembled by hand before every audit. The plant is often compliant. It simply cannot prove it efficiently, and that cost repeats every cycle.
-
We are evaluating a project and the numbers look too good.
Boards, developers, investors before a capital commitment
Feasibility studies produced by firms who cannot build tend to conclude that the project is feasible. The assumptions that break a case are almost always engineering assumptions wearing financial clothing — yield, availability, degradation, ramp.
Capability
Five practices, one team
Each publishes the framework it uses to make decisions. Assess how we would think about your problem before engaging us.
- 01
Strategy & Advisory
Decisions with capital at stake — market entry, project development, investment cases and transformation roadmaps that survive contact with delivery.
Published framework Decision Quality Framework 7 tests - 02
AI & Digital Transformation
Deciding what to automate, what to leave alone, and how to get the difference into production — for organisations where a wrong answer has to be defended.
Published framework Use-Case Selection Matrix 6 tests - 03
Sustainable Energy & Infrastructure
Deciding whether an energy project should exist, then making sure the one that proceeds performs for twenty-five years rather than for the first summer.
Published framework Eight Decision Gates 8 tests - 04
Health, Safety & Environment
Building operations that stay safe under real conditions — during a breakdown, at 2am, in the third week of a shutdown, when the experienced operator is on leave.
Published framework Weak Signal Framework 10 tests - 05
ESG & Sustainability
Building the management system that produces good disclosure as a by-product — because organisations that manage these factors well outperform those that only report on them.
Published framework Decision Proximity Model 5 tests
The difference
Integration, not breadth
Some firms stop at strategy. Some stop at software. Some stop at EPC, or at compliance. Complex problems cross all four, and they fail at the handovers.

One engagement.
One accountable partner.
Delivery
How an engagement runs
One accountable partner from scoping to handover. Fortnightly written reporting. Stage-gate review before anything reaches you.
- 01
Discovery
A written problem statement you agree with, or a documented disagreement about what the problem is — which is more useful than a false consensus.
- 02
Assessment
A baseline nobody in the room disputes. Every later claim of improvement is measured against it.
- 03
Strategy
A recommendation with the model behind it, and the conditions under which it would be wrong.
- 04
Planning
An implementation plan with owners, dates, budget and the first ninety days specified in enough detail to start.
- 05
Implementation
The thing itself — commissioned, deployed, certified or reported, against the plan.
- 06
Governance
A documented decision trail that survives staff turnover on both sides.
- 07
Handover and improvement
Operating documentation, trained staff, and a written view of what should be improved next.
Sectors
Where we work
The common thread is complexity and consequence — where a wrong decision is expensive.
-
Manufacturing
Power cost growing faster than output, with captive and open-access options poorly understood
-
Infrastructure & Developers
Feasibility cases that do not survive investment committee scrutiny
-
Government & PSUs
Feasibility and DPR work that must withstand audit and public scrutiny
-
Data Centres
Round-the-clock renewable supply under current open-access rules
-
Investors & Lenders
Technical diligence on energy and infrastructure assets
Evidence
Proof that we build
Our ventures are where the delivery capability comes from — and the reason "then we build" is a description rather than an ambition.
-
Prakreon
Enterprise artificial intelligence
Prakreon builds AI systems for regulated enterprises that have to prove compliance to an auditor — beginning with BIS certification and organisational disclosure.
-
Srenergies
Energy infrastructure — EPC and storage
Srenergies designs and builds solar and battery-storage infrastructure for industrial and commercial buyers, engineered for decades of performance rather than months of installation.
How we will publish our work
Case studies appear here as engagements complete. The standard we hold them to is set now, before there is any incentive to bend it.
- 01
Client-approved only
Every study is published with the client's written approval of how their work is described.
- 02
Measured outcomes
Results are what was measured against an agreed baseline. Estimates are labelled as estimates.
- 03
Method in full
The approach, the decisions taken and what we would do differently — not a highlight reel.
