Arohan exists because the most consequential problems in industry and infrastructure do not sit inside one discipline — and they fail at the handovers between the firms hired to solve them.

A power cost turns out to be a tariff and load-profile question. A compliance burden turns out to be a data problem. A growth plan depends on infrastructure nobody has costed. Split that work across four vendors and each optimises their own scope; the gaps between them become the client's problem.

We hold the whole problem. Strategy and investment advisory, enterprise AI, energy infrastructure, process safety and sustainability sit in one practice. The team that models the business case engineers the asset. The team that writes the AI strategy operates the software.

    Twelve years in energy infrastructure — pipeline construction and commissioning, LNG and CNG systems, and most recently commercial strategy across urban solar and integrated energy. A petroleum engineer by training who works at the intersection of engineering reality and the financial case, which is the gap most infrastructure decisions fall into.
