Arohan is partner-led. The people who scope an engagement do the work, which means there is no layer to hide behind and no junior bench to hand things to.
That suits a particular kind of person: someone who wants to own a problem end to end, who is comfortable saying "I don't know" in front of a client, and who would rather be right in month six than fast in week one.

A feasibility study that always concludes 'proceed' is a sales document. We will recommend against work we would have been paid to deliver.

The team that models the business case engineers the asset. Recommendation and delivery carry the same signature.

Every significant engagement carries falsification conditions, agreed at the start — before anyone is emotionally committed to continuing.
